Global SEO at scale means navigating multiple languages, international site structures, regional search behaviors, and centralized vs. local team dynamics. At Bosch Power Tools, Jens works on the strategic and operational layer: setting direction, building frameworks, and ensuring that SEO decisions hold at international scale — not just for one market or one language.
Content at scale breaks without systems. Jens designs AI-augmented workflows that handle the repeatable parts of SEO — keyword research, intent analysis, content briefing, metadata generation, FAQ creation — so that human effort can focus on judgment, quality, and strategy. These are production workflows, not demos.
Getting cited by ChatGPT, Gemini, or Google AI Overviews requires a different approach than ranking in a list of links. Jens builds GEO frameworks that cover content structure, entity clarity, authority signals, and technical foundations — the combination that makes a brand's information usable by large language models and likely to be selected as a source.
Website migrations are one of the highest-risk events in SEO. Done wrong, years of accumulated search visibility can disappear. ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews now answer queries directly — synthesizing, citing, and sometimes ignoring brands entirely. Getting into those answers requires a different kind of work.
Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is the practice of making content visible and citable in AI-generated responses. I work on this operationally — not as a future prediction, but as a current discipline.

I started in SEO in 2008, working across agencies and in-house teams. Over the years I moved through international e-commerce environments before joining Bosch Power Tools, where I now work on global SEO initiatives and AI-driven content workflows.
The shift from classic SEO to AI Search is the most consequential change I've seen in this field. I've been working at that frontier — building frameworks for GEO, designing agentic AI workflows, and thinking about what it means for content to be AI-ready rather than just search-optimized.
My focus has always been making search intelligence accessible inside organizations — not keeping it locked to a specialist team, but building the systems that let everyone make better search decisions. That's true whether the surface is Google, Bing, or an AI system generating answers from the web.
