Global SEO at scale means navigating multiple languages, international site structures, regional search behaviors, and centralized vs. local team dynamics. Content at scale breaks without systems. I started in SEO in 2008, working across agencies and in-house teams. Over the years I moved through international e-commerce environments before joining Bosch Power Tools, where I now work on global SEO initiatives and AI-driven content workflows.

The shift from classic SEO to AI Search is the most consequential change I've seen in this field. I've been working at that frontier — building frameworks for GEO, designing agentic AI workflows, and thinking about what it means for content to be AI-ready rather than just search-optimized.

My focus has always been making search intelligence accessible inside organizations — not keeping it locked to a specialist team, but building the systems that let everyone make better search decisions. That's true whether the surface is Google, Bing, or an AI system generating answers from the web.
